If you want mexican food in Jupiter Florida I know exactly where to go; Rancho Chico.  It’s located on 6390 Indiantown Rd. Ste. 45 just right off 95 and it is fantastic.  Some of the best Mexican food I have tasted in South Florida.  I have been there several times and usually go there once a week for lunch.  There lunch menu is very reasonable!    Let me just do a quick rundown of the things that I have tried and the things I found to be delicious.  First and foremost let’s start out with the nachos and homemade salsa.  Fantastic!  The nachos are crisp and the salsa is fresh and you can tell it was house made.  Now let’s just go through some of the things I have eaten and quite frankly it’s allot:

My favorite dish at Rancho Chico is the chile rellenos which literally translates ‘stuffed peppers.  The chiles are traditional Poblano peppers and have just the right heat and cheese stuffed in. They are then served with a great the ranchero sauce.  Accompanied with some yellow rice and refried beans and it makes a great dish.  I also enjoy their chimichanga.  Once again just the right amount of heat mixed in with the crunchy deep fried tortillas served with great traditional Mexican sides.  I also really enjoy the Carne Asada.  The amazing Mexican Flavored skirt steak that is perfect for lunch or dinner. Rancho Chico also serves a mean fajita!

I am a local Jupiter Florida resident and I love to go to Dune Dogs. Don’t let the name fool you. They do have the best hog dogs around but the also have great fried and grilled fish, mouth watering ribs and delightful homemade soups like the clam chowder.
