Some of the world’s best fishing can be found off the coast of South Florida. You can fish for what seems like a limitless amount of fish and other sea creatures right out of the Jupiter Inlet. Whether it be fishing the Loxahatchee River or off shore almost to the Bahamas, there is an endless amount of fishing to be done.
The local fishing reports have shown a number of different fish biting in the past few weeks. If you head out in the early morning you have a good chance of catching some Dorado or King Fish as well as a Sailfish here or there. Whenever you are attempting to catch a tasty Mahi Mahi or something worth bragging rights like a Sailfish, it is almost guaranteed that you will lose some bait to the Bonitos.
If off shore and deep sea fishing don’t fit your taste a great alternative is reef fishing. Off of Jupiter Island and Palm Beach Island are some beautiful reefs with bountiful varieties of fish like Mutton Snapper, Yellow Tail Snapper, Groupers and other marine life like lobsters.
